This is the phase MOQQ Team is waiting for. Delivering on the adopted plan we influence client's firm or team in various ways, while also making sure we take as little of your time as possible.

Typically we are in weekly communication with the project manager on the client's side to exchange information, deliver agreed products and organise work. We also interact with various members of client's team through inquiries, case studies, interviews, 1:1 sessions, training, group assignments, etc.

All work is measured and reviewed constantly to closely track performance and make sure no alterations are required. If necessary, the plan is amended.

What to expect during MOQQ Consulting?

Our preferred way of work is direct engagement. We want our clients involved every step of the way to ensure the desired outcome is what they expect. We usually use iterative approach with few short iterations in the planning phase. Here we will design the proposed solution and prepare implementation plan. During the execution phase we typically help implement processes, provide the team with necessary knowledge and design track & amend protocols. We will engage with your team at least once a week. On your side, strong management buy-in together with at least 1 person from the team directly involved in current work is usually required.

What if my team doesn't want to change?

We are often asked this question, yet we have never encountered a team that had really opposed a beneficial change. Our experience shows that most of the time resistance is caused by not securing early buy-in or not consulting the team enough in the detailed proposal. Our understanding of the legal profession and the day to day specific of this line of work enable us to design and implement changes that are welcomed and desired by the teams.

Do I need to adopt any technical solutions?

As a rule we do not interfere with your technological setup and can compose solutions adjusted to the tools you are using or willing to implement. We may recommend possible modifications to your technical infrastructure, especially in terms of tracking and reporting tools. We are not affiliated with any software provider and do not intend to sell you any technological solutions.

How is MOQQ Consulting priced?

This service is priced individually based on an agreed service package. We usually operate on a fixed fee basis but are open to conditioning part of the fee on reaching the agreed milestones or results.
