Module I – Legal Team Formation

Second module concentrates on all key areas of team functioning. You will work across most common legal work assignments and see how they can be optimised and streamlined to fully engage your team. You will also receive and analyse a set of management tools that can be deployed to organise your teamwork in the most efficient way. You will learn how to navigate through various assignments, masterfully delegate tasks, effectively monitor teamwork and exactly what frameworks & tools to apply at each point of the execution process. Thanks to that, you will be able to transform the team’s output quality and satisfaction.

Model III – Legal Team Empowerment & Motivation
