Module I – Sales Psychology First module of the course takes a focused look on both sides of the sales process to help attendees understand and tackle common misconceptions surrounding selling legal services. You will get a better understanding of the sales mechanics and adopt a new mindset towards the process. You will also analyse decision making patterns of your clients to learn how to influence it more profoundly.
Module II – Sales Process Second module focuses on different aspects of the sales process and determines the key factors of any successful sale. You will learn how to lead prospective clients through the sales process, when to introduce your offer, what to do at any point and what to avoid. Here you will also receive tools and frameworks for different kinds of legal services, depending on your needs. This way you will be able to develop a sales process for any kind of legal services.
Model III – Sales Techniques Third module brings together the most successful tools and techniques used when selling legal services through different channels. It covers sales calls, meetings, tender offers, online ads, pitches, social media, emails and other ways to promote and sell your legal knowledge. You will get a complete guide on how and when to use these. We will also analyse traditional and innovative selling tools.
Module IV – Client-Centrism Finally the course singles out strategies focusing on the client – his needs and satisfaction. You will explore modern client-centrism and selling to existing clients through up-sell and cross-sell. You will learn how to practise client centrism without sacrificing your processes and comfort and where to draw the balance between standardisation and individualisation of your services.
